This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Hong Kong with offices at 1603, The L Plaza, 367–375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app on iOS and Android, our web application at app.easygarden.ai, and the marketing website at garden-design.app (together, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account details such as your email address when you sign in.
  • Photos of gardens, plants, or outdoor spaces that you upload to generate AI garden design ideas or use AI Plant Scan / AI Plant Health.
  • Prompts, preferences, and saved designs.
  • Support messages you send to us.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information such as device model, operating system, language, and crash logs.
  • Usage information such as feature interactions, screens viewed, and session length.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address, used to suggest plants and seasons.
  • Cookies and similar technologies on our website (see section 5).

1.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from app stores (Apple, Google), authentication providers, and analytics partners listed below.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app and Web App.
  • To generate AI garden design ideas, plant identifications, and plant care advice based on the photos you upload.
  • To process subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • To personalize the experience based on your location and preferences.
  • To send service updates, security notices, and (with permission) marketing messages.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service Providers We Use

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate FlorAI. Each provider only receives the information needed for its task and is bound by their own privacy terms.

  • RevenueCat – manages subscriptions and in-app purchases.
  • Firebase (Google) – authentication, push notifications, crash reporting, cloud storage, and remote configuration.
  • Google AdMob – serves ads in some app surfaces and may use device identifiers for ad measurement and personalization.
  • OpenAI – processes prompts and certain images to power AI design and chat features.
  • Microsoft Azure – cloud infrastructure and AI services that support garden generation and plant intelligence.
  • Replicate – hosts machine-learning models that generate AI garden design results.
  • Fal.ai – hosts additional machine-learning models for image generation and processing.
  • Google Analytics – website analytics, including page views and aggregated audience metrics.
  • Meta Pixel – measures website traffic and supports advertising on Meta platforms.
  • Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights – privacy-friendly website performance measurement.

4. AI Processing of Your Photos

When you upload a garden, plant, or outdoor space photo, it is sent securely to our AI processing partners (such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai) to generate your design or plant insight. We do not sell your photos. Photos may be cached for short periods to deliver the result and improve reliability. You can request deletion of stored content any time.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

On garden-design.app we use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Essential site functionality.
  • Analytics with Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
  • Advertising and conversion measurement with Meta Pixel.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may limit website features.

6. Advertising and Tracking

On iOS, advertising tracking is governed by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency. We will only track you across apps and websites if you allow it. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID and limit personalized ads in system settings.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers listed in section 3, under contractual confidentiality terms.
  • App stores when you complete a purchase.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

9. International Data Transfers

FlorAI is operated from Hong Kong and our partners are global. Your information may be processed in countries that have different data protection rules. We use appropriate safeguards to protect your information.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, email hello@rocketdigital.ai.

11. Children

FlorAI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Services, please contact us.

12. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when changes are significant, notify you within the Services.
